The main goals of the 5th Transnational Partner Meeting were to a)discuss the activities leading to the production of the
Strategic Action Plan for communities, involving core stakeholders, including the round table discussions in each country and the setting up and operation of the online Discussion Forum, b)discuss the 5th and 6th awareness raising campaign activity, c)the finalization of the Platform and d)the preparation of the Info Centers.
